Located in the Biotechnology, Science, and Engineering building (BSE 3.114) in the scenic southeast corner of UTSA's 1604 campus, the Computational Biology Initiative's core facility contains our staff offices, quite research workstation lab, and a general purpose classroom. The research workstation lab has high end Windows workstations for priority research. The classroom is equpited with a projector and smartboard and Linux workstations. The room can also be reserved for meetings/class/etc.
We are able to offer this and more thanks to funding from the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities grant (G12MD007591) from the National Institutes of Health.
